Return and Refund Policy

At Paws Vogue, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused, with tags

In its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pawsvogue.shop. Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns should be sent to the following address: 706c, 8  Bourke Street, Mascot 2020.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

 

Customized or personalized items

Used, worn, or damaged items

Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (e.g., used pet beds or carriers)

Items missing original tags or packaging

Sale or clearance items

Seasonal or holiday-specific items returned after the relevant season or holiday

Items sent back without first requesting a return or not following return instructions

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
